Wills & Estates
Each Will is as individual as its maker. It is therefore important to have your Will drafted in such a manner as to safeguard the outcomes you desire for your family and loved ones while respecting all applicable laws.
Should you die without having a Will in place, your Estate will be disbursed and administered in accordance with the Wills, Estates and Succession Act of British Columbia. The distributions that occur under the Wills, Estates and Succession Act may be substantially different than what you desire or intend. It is therefore critical to have a Will drafted by one of the professionals at Cadman Law to ensure that your plans and objectives are met. We also provide our clients with probate and estate administration advice and services. This is to ensure that the wishes and directions of the Testator/Testatrix are adhered to or that the distribution of the Estate is paid out in accordance with the Wills, Estates and Succession Act.

We can also assist our clients with the preparation of other Estate planning functions such as Enduring Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements.
