Willam (Bill) Cadman, Lawyer
Bill is an experienced lawyer focusing primarily in Real Estate transactions, Real Estate Development, Wills & Estates and Business Law.
Bill has resided in the Tri-Cities since 1974 when he moved to Anmore with his parents. He graduated from Port Moody Senior Secondary and was class president in 1976. Bill played youth football, baseball and hockey in the Tri-Cities, and was captain of Coquitlam Comets Junior A Hockey Team in 1978 & 1979. Bill graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1980 and UBC Law School in 1983.
Bill was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1984 and has practiced law in the Tri-Cities ever since.
Bill is married to his wife Jeanne and has 3 adult sons who attended high school in Port Coquitlam. Bill coached youth hockey, lacrosse and baseball. Bill enjoys golfing and skiing with his sons.

Brian Kaminski, Lawyer
Brian has extensive experience and his practice focuses primarily on corporate/commercial transactions of all shapes and sizes including acting for the purchaser of the then largest private commercial real estate transaction in British Columbia (2013). Residential and multifamily subdivisions in municipalities throughout British Columbia. Immigration having represented 1,000’s of families with their immigration applications to Canada and the United States over the past 25 years.
Brian was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He graduated from the University of Calgary with Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (1988) and then from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Laws (1991).
Brian was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1993. Since 1994, Brian has been as resident of the Tri-Cities since 1994. Brian has been married to his wife, Laura for more than 24 years and has 3 adult sons, all of whom attended at various schools within School District 43.
Brian has also been extremely active in the local community and has served as:
- a Director (1998-2002) and President (2003) of the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce (2003)
- a Director (2004-2007) and President (2008) of the Crossroads Hospice Society
- President of the Crossroads Hospice Foundation (2009-2011)
- President of the Rotary Club of Coquitlam (2012)
- a Director (2008 to 2012) with the Port Moody Minor Hockey Association
- a Director (2014 to 2016) and Pro Bono Legal Counsel (2018 to present) with the Adanac Field Lacrosse Association
- a coach (2006 to 2012) with the Port Moody Minor Hockey Association
